A 5 pounder that ingested a 4 pounder? Or a four foot snake, maybe a 1/2 grown duck? Lots of possibilities. LOL. I’ve been around a long time and seen some amazing “swallowing” acts myself. This one may be the topper though. Thought I’d seen it all finding a dead bass of about 4 pounds with a 3 pound catfish in its mouth. The cat was still alive and trashing in a few inches of water with its pectoral fin spines protruding out of the sides of the bass’ mouth. As @Kessler said, if not a fake, that must have been some meal. Don’t know that I’ve ever seen a gravid female that swollen, but guess that’s another possibility.
