I really like this style of fly Martin. The copper bead just sets this one apart for me. I don't fish muddy waters much anymore, but when I did, copper and black always worked very well for me. I like this one in olive so I guess I have to add the pattern to my list of "ties for the winter season". Your site is going to keep me " bench bound" thanks to all the great patterns posted here. My wife won't be happy about that so I'll send her your email address and tell her it's "ALL your fault". LOL

These natural colors seems to work well here in Denmark. For many years the danish salmon anglers used pattern called "Beiss fluen". You should check it out! I think it was the swedish fly tyer Ulf Sill who introduced this pattern - for the famous river Mörrumsåen (used to be danish teritory back in the days - that's why it's called åen; the danish word for river). Ulf is an amazing fly tier, you should defintly check his flies out on google or youtube. Cheers

Will do that Martin. But if it leads to more fly patterns for me to try, you will have to take the blame.
