These are the eyes used on the Shimmer &Shine Dragontail pike streamers previously posted. They were purchased at A.C.Moores.

I’m sorry but I don’t have the manufacturer’s name. These were sold as decorations for clothing and called some kind of “bling”. Sadly, that’s all I remember. They come on a clear plastic backing and are available in both solid colors and the glitter variety (see the blue ones in the second row from right).

The glue on these is surprisingly strong but I would have almost expected that since they would have (at some point) gone through a machine washing. All I did was to add a black enamel pupil using a nail head to get a (mostly) round dark center.

I use fabric puff paint you can get at craft store to make eyes that look just like this
