Having dropped my bobbin and destroyed the insert, these were tied with no bobbin. Given the awkwardness of this mode of tying, I am pleasantly surprised that they came out just as good as usual. I have a newfound deep respect for anyone who can tie "in the hand".

I’m with you on the “in the hand” tying Wyatt although these look great. The dexterity possessed by some is awe inspiring. It certainly doesn’t reside in my hands any more.
