"Fly of the day" is a mutation that initially started out as a attempt to make a new version of the classic salmon fly "Red Sandy". A fly which have always appealed to me for colored water but somehow never really made it to the box. As I tied along I quickly realized that it would be so far from the original red sandy that it would be hard to recognize. So I took it all the way with a sparse wing of Marblefox guard hairs for a slim profile when wet, and just a small XS Procone in silver to give it a streamlined appearance, and a set of the new pro jungle cock gen2. Overall length is 3,5 inch/9 cm. #prosportfisher
