Build thread up, tie in 3 saddle feathers on each side of hook, for the tail, I use 3 different colors, matching the color of the deer hair I use. Stack a clump of hair, tips facing back, hold the hair on top as wrap each wrap gets tighter so the trimmed ends flare up. Proceed to spinning white hair for the belly, stack colors on top. When you shape with a razor blade (double edge) make the belly flat. Shape the head conically so the head dip when you strip in line.
