@trublubug Hej Bill🤗 Thank You🙏 Yes I do - especially cause there are fibres all over the place😂 My intention with stripping one side of the feather is to achieve more transparency on the body. To be honest I’ve not been able to do any fieldtest yet (my right shoulder is out of order and I’ve not been allowed to fish since April😢) - but in general the searun tend to strike less dressed flies than overdressed bulky ones

I really like the look of this one buddy, but I do prefer tying the eyes in after the fronthackle. But this will make the fronthackle have more “fill” in the water.
