Does anyone know what kind of feather this is? It’s dyed of course and cut I think, but I cannot for the life of me find anywhere to buy them. Any help much appreciated.

Some sort of soft hackle. It is one of these three. Pheasant, chicken, or quail. I think quail.

I use them on wet flies and nymphs you could work them into a sculpin hackle on a matuka use them on a soft hackle versatile feather

It is not dyed. That’s the natural color of that feather of a Ring Necked Pheasant.
